“I just want to share this with you if you are thinking of hiring a life coach or business coach.
I used to be one of those people (like so many others) that didn’t think hiring a life or business coach would make any difference in my life. Well, I was wrong. I have heard that if you keep doing what you are doing and expect to get different results it will never happen, you have to do something different. I had tried several different ideas and no matter what I was not getting the results that I wanted. I did not know what else to do, I was “stuck”.
Then, I met Sally Ford. Sally is a beautiful person, a delight to be around and a successful business woman, so when she told me that she did life/business coaching and all the benefits that I could gain from her personal one-on-one coaching, it peaked my interest.
We met and Sally laid out the plan and it was for 3 months of coaching (I signed on for another 3 months for a total of 6 months of coaching) and this established our foundation in which to build. She provided me with amazing tools, helped me to set realistic and achievable goals and kept me on track to achieving them. She checked in on me during the mid-week by e-mail and then by phone once a week for ½ hour. She was my personal accountability person, too. With Sally’s coaching I was able to find out a lot about myself and what I wanted out of my business. She helped me to create a plan and then showed me how to work it. I have a successful home-based business and I truly believe I would still be “stuck” wondering how to get from where I was to where I wanted to be, if it wasn’t for doing something different and going outside my box and hiring Sally Ford as my personal coach. It was one of the best things I could have ever done for myself and my business and I would do it again and I recommend it to everyone who is feeling “stuck” in any part of your life.
